1) The candidate should understand instructional design theories.
2) Should analyse client requirements and accordingly design models that are easy to understand for the target audience.
3) Should use strong instructional concepts to design course structures, define course
objectives, provide appropriate assessments and strategize on effective treatments for imparting learning.
4) Work effectively with colleagues to create compelling and engaging deliverables.
5) Produce well written audio and video scripts to produce high quality course assets.
6) Well versed with Storyboard development for Level 1,2 & 3 for corporate learning module.
7) Review of the SB/Script and developed module.
Key Skills and Competencies –
1) Previous experience with content testing or content development for multimedia projects is preferred.
2) He or she should have strong English writing, editing, and communication skills
3) Strong visualization skills
